Client Fee Structure for 2024

Depending on the service contracted we invoice accordingly:

- Introduction fee for reservations.

- Once off setup fee for complex services.

- Percentage of contracted services.

- Buyer´s agent has a set % fee based on purchase value of property.

- Relocation fees include all the different services contracted by the client in his move to Portugal.
